Game Of Thrones: Facts!

In celebration of the up and coming season (8) I am doing a set of facts based on the show. Why? Because I love the show and am sad that it is coming to an end. I will be much happier though if John manages to live through the season. The show does love killing people off! It would be so much better if he were king. Oh and I really want Cersei to meet her end. I really do not like that woman. Anyway, here we go! You are welcome to add some of your own in the comments below and I will add them with a shoutout to you!

• Tyrion Lannister (another favorite character of mine) has appeared in more episodes than any other character — 58 out of a possible 64, including every episode in Season 7 so far.
• Iwan Rheon, who played the wretched Ramsay Bolton, was almost picked to play John Snow (I would have been devastated).
• So far, there are only 5 episodes where no one dies in the entire series!
• Gregor Clegane, aka The Mountain, has been recast twice so far in the series.
• The furs worn by characters on the show are not furs at all. They are actually rugs.
• The most expensive kill scene in the series so far was the death of Meryn Trent in season 5 at the brothel. He was killed at the hands of Aria, who had his name on her list since season one. The scen was so expensive because in it Aria gouges his eyes out. A lot of computer graphics were required to make this a success.
